A crucial aspect of our philosophy is to help people learn what it means to be hospitable rather than to be in a state of hostility or loneliness. When a person is in a state of loneliness, they can only operate froma a state of hostility, condemnation, a fear of rejection, and feel the need to compare themselves with others. It is our job to help each person to find what hopitality means to them and to help them discover how to be at peace with themselves. This will help a person to create space for others that are in their life. In doing this, they become a person who is more at peace with themselves.

Although people have individualized experiences, we all share a similar need to express emotions & learn new ways to cope effectively. We have experience working with people who have been sexually traumatized, people who have had bariatric surgery, people who struggle with anxiety and/or depression, and people with chronic pain.

While we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
